LWVDC 2021 Annual Meeting (via Zoom)

We will be hosting our 2021 Annual Meeting via Zoom this year so that we can safely gather together and conduct the important business of making a transition to a new business year. Click the gold button to register and receive the Zoom link to the Annual Meeting.  

While our Annual Meeting is open to anyone, only LWVDC members are able to vote. This year, voting is happening by mail in advance of the online meeting on June 2nd. Members received a mailed package containing a Ballot, Ballot Materials, and the 2021 Annual Report. Please see below for details about what to do with these materials and to download electronic copies.

  1. election of new board members,

  2. approval of the budget for the next fiscal year,

  3. approval of revised LWVDC bylaws and

  4. approval of the program proposal for the upcoming year.

The 2021 Ballot Materials include the Nominating Committee slate of candidates with one candidate for each position. Each candidate submitted a short bio to introduce themselves to you. Please also review the Proposed Bylaws changes, Budget and the Proposed Program information for background for your vote.

The Annual Meeting Report of the board and committees shows that the past year has been a year of significant accomplishments and outreach for members of the LWVDC. We celebrate the impact we have had together as members.

  1. Read the 2021 Ballot Materials for preparing to vote for our LWVDC future.

  2. Read the Annual Meeting Report to appreciate the depth and breadth of the work of our members this past year.

  3. Make sure your ballot is received in the office by May 26

  4. Attend the Annual Meeting on June 2, 5:30-6:45pm. Register with the gold button above.
