Teams
The LWVDC is led by a Board of Directors (BOD) composed of Officers and Directors. The BOD works at a strategic level, currently guided by the 2023-2024 Strategic Plan. The day-to-day work is carried out by teams (formerly known as domains) led by a steering committee. The work of the teams is described below.

2023–2024 Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of four members, including the President and Vice President and two other members appointed by the Board of directors from its own membership. The Executive Committee may act for the Board between regular meetings, with any formal action taken ratified at the next Board meeting.

2023–2024 Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee develops a slate of candidates to fill open Board positions, to be voted upon by LWVDC members at the Annual Meeting. The Nominating Committee nominates a chair and two members for the following year to be elected at the Annual Meeting. Two additional members (indicated with *) are appointed by the Board of Directors.
