On March 28, Madison held a No Kings 3 protest of the many lawless actions of the current administration in Washington that violate the Constitution and take us from a democracy to an autocracy.
About 9,000 participated in Madison, marching from Brittingham Park to the Capitol Square.
Smaller protests were scheduled in many other cities and villages in Dane County.
Around the country an estimated 10,000,000 participated.
Members marching to the Capitol gathered with our League banner at Brittingham Park.
Marchers on Park St. walked below our banner on the Park St. overpass, reminding voters about Election Day and offering voter assistance on our helpline 608-285-2141.
