Annual Meeting Registration
We ask that all attendees (in-person and virtual) register so that we can confirm we will have the required quorum of 30 members. Registration is required if you plan to stay for lunch after the meeting. If you are planning to attend virtually, you must register so the Zoom link can be sent to you. You are welcome to attend the business meeting only (10:00 – 11:30 a.m.) in person even if you did not register ahead of time.

50-year member recognition
If you would like a printed version of the Annual Meeting packet, we will gladly accommodate your request. Contact Operations Manager Kerry Helmer at office@lwvdanecounty.org (preferred) or call (608) 232-9447. She can mail you these documents, or you may stop by our offices to pick up your packet during open office hours (11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday). Documents will be mailed out after May 13.
Voting
View the sample ballot. This sample ballot was mailed to all members in accordance with LWVDC Bylaws. Do not return this ballot. All members attending the annual meeting, either in person or over Zoom, have the right to vote.
Member Roles and Responsibilities
Read the Annual Meeting materials and prepare to vote on the 2026-27 budget and to elect new officers and board directors.
Read the Annual Report to be knowledgeable about our work over the past year.
