Wisconsin Heights School District Referendum
Shall the Wisconsin Heights School District, Dane and Iowa Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $2,200,000 per year beginning with the 2019-2020 school year and ending with the 2023-2024 school year, for non-recurring purposes consisting of sustaining educational programming and operational expenses?

Explanation by LWV Dane County:
The District projects that even with the additional levy from the referendum, property owners in the district would experience an annual property tax decrease of $7 per $100,000 property value. The District states that if the referendum fails, there will be reductions in staffing, programs, student services, technology, and facility maintenance.
