You are invited to attend two Forums being presented by The Madison Institute (TMI). Both are dedicated to the memory of former State Representative Midge Miller. Both are free and open to the public. And, both will take place in the auditorium at the Chazen Art Museum, 800 University Avenue, Madison.
On Saturday, April 24, 9 am to noon: Economist Dean Baker, Ph.D and co-director of the Washington-based Center for Economic Policy and Research, is the featured speaker. His talk is titled “The Origins of the Economic Crisis and the Way Out.” Dr. Baker is among a very few economists who gave early warnings of the financial and housing “bubble” that threatens our country and much of the world.
