2010 Brat Fest!

It is time to sign up for the 2010 Memorial Day Weekend Bratfest! This is a fundraising opportunity for the LWVDC that raised $348 dollars for the League in 2009. League members, friends, and family sign up directly on the Bratfest Web site by April 1 to volunteer for a shift or shifts on Friday, May 28, 5 pm–9 pm, Saturday, May 29, and Sunday, May 30, 10 am–9 pm, and Monday, May 31,10 am–6 pm.
Go to http://volunteer.bratfest.com. Enter the username LWVDC and the password bratfest, then click Log in.
2. Click My Group at the bottom left.
3. Fill out the Add Volunteer information; your email address is required. Click the Add Volunteer button. Your information is added at the bottom of the list of volunteers.
4. Scroll down to find your information and click Edit Volunteer in the Add a Shift box. First Select an Event. Click on the arrows and select Brat Fest 2010 from the dropdown menu.
5. Click on the arrows in the Task box, and select a task from the dropdown menu. Fill in the date or dates you are available.
6. Click on the Show Shifts box to see a list of available shifts for your selected task and date(s). Choose a shift by clicking the Assign Shift box.
7. Finally, scroll up and click UPDATE under your volunteer information. You will then be assigned to both a task and a shift.
8. You will immediately be sent a confirmation email.
